Seminars and Workshops
Building Science Corporation regularly conducts workshops and
seminars that are tailored toward building professionals. A list
of previously developed workshops is also included. In addition,
a workshop can be developed specifically to meet individual
needs. Building Science Corporation also has handouts, seminar
notes, and field guides that may be used at these seminars.

Program Development
Client: K. Hovnanian Companies
Development and delivery of a building science / construction
technology curriculum, including builder's manuals, training
aids, marketing support and workshops.
Building Science Training
Client: Pennsylvania Power & Light
Development and delivery of workshops for in house personnel on
energy efficiency, indoor air quality, durability, and comfort.
Builder's Field Guide
Client: Alternative Energy Corporation of North Carolina
Writing, Design, and Production of a 250 page pocket-sized
builder's field guide.
Indoor Air Quality
Workshops
Client: BOMA / U. S. EPA
Delivery of over 100 half day and full day training workshops
for this trade organization and others in conjunction with the
federal government.
Duct Doctoring Workshops
Client: Florida Solar Energy Center
Development and ongoing delivery of one week trade training for
air conditioning contractors and other professionals on duct
leakage and building enclosure interactions.
Program Development
Client: Pulte Home Corporation
Development and ongoing delivery of one-and-a-half-day classroom
and field workshops for construction personnel on reducing
warranty callback and construction problems.
